Identifying polydactyly is as simple as counting toes. The additional digits can vary in terms of development - some may be fully formed and functional, while others appear as small, nubby growths alongside the regular toes.
Caring for Extra Toes
Caring for a skinny pig with polydactyly doesn’t veer too far from the path of standard foot care, but there are a few extra steps to keep in mind:
