Skinny pigs may be small, but if you share your life with one then you know they can have larger than life personalities. Just like us, they have their likes and dislikes and that can also extend to preferences in the type of water bottle they like to drink from. 

Most skinny pig parents get the traditional drip water bottles however, sometimes these can present problems. They are known to be quite noisy as your pet drinks, and they can leak terribly, necessitating cage cleaning every day. Occasionally too, you may get a piggy who decides they don’t like these bottles and they might refuse to drink. This presents a big risk, as skinny pigs, being so small, can dehydrate really quickly. They need a constant supply of fresh, clean water to stay healthy.
