I hemmed and hawed over my purchase because of the price and not knowing if it would work for my xolo’s skin issues. Let me tell you the good stuff first:
IT WORKS!
The shampoo is very thin but covers really well.
My Xolo had a ton of dry blackheads and cysts. This shampoo/conditioner combo had those little suckers slipping right out.
By the second treatment his bad acne was pretty much gone.
I only bathe my Xolo every two weeks but use the conditioner any time his skin gets dry or I notice more blackheads. It keeps him hydrated and soft.
I noticed any small scratches healing a lot faster as well.
None of my bathroom took on any staining as was warned. This was another worry of mine and I am very happy to announce no stains.
The bad stuff:
It doesn’t smell very good, but you get used to it, by the second use it didn’t bother me anymore.
My hands slightly turned yellow but seriously it was nothing.
It’s thin in consistency and does not lather but that’s a good thing.
I’d totally buy this again and hope to try the regular shampoo/conditioner since his bad acne is just about gone.
I will also be purchasing bathless items to help maintain his skin between baths.
I bought this for my rash prone sphynx who’s super pink and it, unfortunately, stained him too much with a reddish/ yellow color. It says explicitly on the bottle this can happen but it was a little too much for my kitty. I also didn’t love the consistency. I felt like I had to use a lot to get all areas and I gave a small cat. I like the regular shampoo best!
The restorative line with turmeric is a life saver for my cats very sensitive skin. The conditioner helps moisturize and clear his skin!👌🏼
Acne remedy cleared both my babies black heads and acne right up. We love this product!
My girl has skin allergies and this stuff seems to help a lot. It cleans her well and the conditioner leaves her feeling very soft! A little goes a long way for the conditioner. So it will last long. I love it and recommend this. This brand is the only one that leaves my baby girls skin feeling soft and clean. (The shampoo might stain some surfaces if it drips and left too long.)
I reached out to April online and she recommended this wash as a treatment for my baby’s odd skin breakout. I’ve seen the slight improvement already and will continue to keep using this wash and thanking the heavens above for April’s amazing advice and support. His skin is always buttery soft and smooth after his baths. This company is grounded in love for their animals and beyond helpful. Will continue to buy especially for the reasonable price point.

My hairless cat is so oily and gets dirty quickly. All the renewed pet products keep him cleaner longer. When I would clean him with baby shampoo he would get clean but then the next day get oil built up again making him look “dirty” I use the shampoo, conditioner, eye cleaner, eye drops, and nail cleaner.
Really helps calm down the skin. love how it leaves a nice layer of moister on the skin. No more worries of my Bobby’s skin drying out or braking out in a rash again.
I've been using the regular shampoo and conditioner on my two boys but recently they have developed rashes from bad pet heating pads (i threw them out and will be replacing with lamps) so I figured I'd give this a try. Well I am overly impressed even just after one use so far! My red boy's bad rash already looks so much better and the smell of the shampoo is delicious as well. We love your products and they have changed my naked kitties in such positive ways.
