Many people take health supplements, but the most common one is a multivitamin. This is because people realize that the nutrients we get from our diet are incomplete and we need to supplement to ensure we are getting everything we need to be healthy and well. The same is true for our pets.
You might not have thought of this before, but just like us humans a multivitamin can be incredibly beneficial to our pet’s overall health. Vitamins, help to keep disease at bay. Remember, diseases often take many years to manifest symptoms and make you ill. Your pet may not have health issues currently but giving them vitamins will help to maintain that status quo.
Unfortunately, our food resources today are deficient in many essential nutrients that used to be provided by the earth's soils which were much richer in minerals and vitamins 50 or 60 years ago.
