Here is an example Pet Food Transition Chart showing a 7-day transition from dry food to wet food. Please keep in mind some pets need to go much more slowly than this and can take up to a month or longer to successfully transition to a new food. Use this chart as a guide only, and tailor to your individual pet's needs.
