Protect Your Pet's Nose From Cancer

Ah… pet noses, those tiny, button-like wonders that never fail to melt our hearts! From their adorable boop-worthy moments to the endearing scent-sleuthing adventures, our four-legged friends’ noses are truly uber-cute. But, did you know that behind the cuteness lies a serious concern?

It is so important to shield our pet's precious snoots from a sinister nose-napper, a.k.a. cancer!

You may not know this, but your pet’s nose is the number one site for skin cancer. This is especially true if you have a pet with fur, as the nose is the only area that isn’t protected and constantly exposed to the elements and harmful UV rays whenever you bring them outside.

You need to make sure you are putting sun protection on your pet’s nose every time you go outdoors. The sun protection you choose needs to be specially formulated for pets - please do not EVER use human sunscreen on your pets. Even extra sensitive baby sunscreen can be harmful. Human sunscreens contain titanium dioxide or zinc oxide which are both dangerous for animals and can even be toxic and deadly

Our RenewedPet sunscreen is safe to use on all pets because it contains only natural, ethically sourced, non-GMO ingredients that offer maximum protection with ZERO risk!

If you have a hairless pet, you will need to be even more vigilant about sun exposure as their entire body comes into contact with the sun outside. It is a good idea to also invest in a few good quality UV sun shirts to protect the majority of their body and then apply sunscreen to the exposed bits. You can also get our sunscreen as part of a suncare kit which also includes an ear cap to protect the delicate skin on your hairless pet’s ears.

Be sure to make nose safety a priority this summer so you can ditch the worry and enjoy some fun in the sun with your precious baby.

Keep giving your pets the best of natural life!
